01 Project Introduction
U.S. Hotel Internship Program (J1-Hospitality Internship): A Cultural Exchange Adventure. This esteemed program, initiated by the U.S. Department of State, invites international applicants to the United States on a J1 Exchange Visitor Visa for a 12-month internship in esteemed four-star and above hotels. Participants receive compensation while undergoing global-standard hotel management training, refining English communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. The program also promotes cultural exchange, deepening understanding of American culture and society through interactions with colleagues. Beyond professional growth, participants gain valuable overseas hospitality experience and training. After the internship, they enjoy a month for personal travel, creating memories and broadening horizons.
